WEDDING RINGS & CHAMPIONS is a fun story. Chris is celebrating winning the Stanley Cup with his teammates in Las Vegas. Natalie is in Vegas to try to forget her cheating ex-boyfriend. They meet in a club and wake up married the next morning. Chris doesn’t have the best reputation in the league. He tries to convince Natalie to stay married to him longer, so a divorce does not overshadow the Stanley Cup Win.
I enjoyed the plot. It was amusing and entertaining. I like that Natalie had Chris to help her deal with her ex, Bruce. Chris and Natalie have great chemistry. I liked getting updates on all the characters from the previous books. WEDDING RINGS & CHAMPIONS is a charming addition to the Slapshot series. I recommend this book to lovers of sports romances. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
