Adam Dark is on fire with CALL OF THE WOLVES (Call of the Wolf #1). In this story, fire witch/ magic enforcement agent Alyssa Crawford investigates the murder of a shifter. Unfortunately, the victim was a member of the Walker Pack which she hoped to never cross paths with again. She needs the help of her ex Marcus Walker to solve the case.

This is the first book I have read by Adam Dark and Matthew Thrush. I enjoyed their writing style and want to continue the series. The characters were dimensional, and the story was interesting. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
