Sawyer Bennett is on a winning streak with HENDRIX (Pittsburgh Titans, #7). Hendrix Bateman was one of the three players that was not on the Titan’s team plane when it crashed. He has survivor’s guilt but is determined to live life to its fullest. He meets bar owner Stevie Kisner at a team event. He is intrigued by her and sets out to get to know her. He challenges her to a pool game for ten minutes of quality time with her. Stevie is friends with Harlow Alston from book #2 STONE. Harlow is dating Titan Stone Dumelin.
I love Hendrix and Stevie. They seem like an unlikely couple but fit together. Stevie has grown up around bikers and has ink. Where Hendrix is more of a pretty boy. They have great chemistry. They both have issues/people from their past that cause some discord in the story.
HENDRIX is an excellent addition to the Pittsburgh Titans series. I am looking forward to book 8, CAMDEN. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
