Boyfriend (Moo U #0) by Sarina Bowen Review

Boyfriend (Moo U #0)Boyfriend by Sarina Bowen
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Sarina Bowen has a game-winner with BOYFRIEND (Moo U #0). In this story, Biscuit in the Basket waitress Abbi rents Moo U defenseman Weston Griggs to be her date for Thanksgiving dinner.

BOYFRIEND is a fun story. Abbi and Weston have great chemistry. They don’t even feel like they are acting with the fake relationship. They help each out with their families’ holidays to help avoid drama; and interesting drama it is…The two develop a friendship that turns into more.

I love that Weston has a piece of obsidian to help get rid of “emotional blockage” from their assistant coach. The crystal connection throughout the books is clever. Weston is protective. Abbi is hard working. They are both competitive and enjoy a challenge. I love their singalongs. They are an adorable couple. BOYFRIEND is skillfully written and heartfelt. It is the perfect addition to the Moo U series and Sarina Bowen’s world of True North. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
