Alley Ciz’ RUTHLESS NOBLE is majestic. I was really looking forward to this book. I was not disappointed. The story takes place where book one, SAVAGE QUEEN, left off. Samantha St. James (aka Savvy King) is dealing with her arranged marriage to Duke Delacourte. Needless to say Duke’s BFF, Jasper Noble, is not too happy with this arrangement.
This is one of those stories that is extremely hard to put down. I would suggest reading it when you have time on your hands and prepare for a book hangover. There is never a dull moment in this story. There is blackmail, deception, secrets, health scares, hockey, street racing, love, and more.
I appreciated how the various relationships developed throughout the story. The characters are dimensional and grow throughout the story. The plot was amazing and carefully thought out. Alley Ciz outdid herself. I do suggest reading book one before this story. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
