Winning Streak by Katie Kenyhercz
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Saralynn Reese just started a job as the new head of PR for the Las Vegas Sinners hockey team. Her first task is to clean up the mess made by Madden Vaughn, the team’s assistant general manager.
Winning Streak is a great addition to the Las Vegas Sinners series.
Saralynn is a fun character. I like that she is trying to change her image. I also appreciate that she had confidence in Madden. They are very similar and can relate to one another.
I really like Madden. He struggles with a gambling addiction; as a result, he is not always given the benefit of the doubt. I felt bad about the friction between him and his sister. I like that he tries to better himself.
I enjoyed the plot. It was well-thought out and meaningful. I like that characters from the previous book are relevant to this story. Winning Streak is a believable story that was heartfelt and entertaining.
