Sex, Wolves and Rock 'n Roll is the third book in the Lyric Hounds Series and 189th in the 1NightStand Series. The latter being comprised of various authors in the same universe were Madame Eve arranges “one-night stands" that seems to last a lot longer than an evening. Each book can be read individually.
Wolf shifter and Lyric Hounds drummer, Trent Savage, aka Sav, has been in love with his guitarist, Karlan Rixx or K, since the moment he realized he was his mate. Sav refuses to make a play on his straight band mate. He decides he can no longer subject himself to the torture of being near K, so he leaves the band.
Mina Carter did it again. Lyric Hounds is a really great series. She packs so much information in her short stories.
I love Sav and K. They are both wonderful characters that need to do a better job at communicating. The story behind their misunderstanding is heartwarming and definitely worth the read. Sex, Wolves and Rock 'n Roll is a very original and clever story.
