Samantha Lind lights the lamp with GRAHAM (Austin Fusion #2). Professional Hockey player Graham Webber runs into his best friend’s little sister Savannah Rhodes at a charity event where she works at the Austin School for the Deaf. He is intrigued by her now that she is grown up and asks her out.

Graham and Savannah have nice chemistry. They have a ten-year age gap. Graham is approaching the end of his career and Savannah is exploring possible new careers. They are a cute couple that work well together.

I like that Samantha Lind weaved in characters from her other series into this story. (The San Francisco Shockwaves and Indianapolis Eagles)

GRAHAM is an excellent addition to the Austin Fusion series. It is a heartfelt and entertaining read. I am looking forward to book three. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

Samantha Lind is off to a stellar start with book one in the Austin Fusion series ZACK. NHL star and single dad Zack Blackburn best friend Ryan’s little sister, Courtney Stevens, just moved back into town. She is a single mom that recently got out of a bad relationship. Zack is attracted to Courtney and wants to get reacquainted with her.

Zack has a son, Sawyer, from a prior relationship with a woman named Emerson. Courtney has a son named Jax with Chad Whittle. They have opposite relationships with their co-parents. Zack and Emerson have a pleasant relationship, always putting Sawyer first, whereas Chad was not a good father. The contrast is interesting. Unlike Chad, Zack is great with kids.

ZACK is a feel-good story. It is skillfully written and entertaining. I love that Camden Rowe from Samantha Lind’s San Francisco Shockwaves series was incorporated into this story. Camden is the brother of Raven from book five in that series, BLAKE.

I am looking forward to Graham’s and Savannah’s story next. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Samantha Lind gets a shutout with BLAKE (San Francisco Shockwaves #5). San Francisco Shockwaves goalie Blake Watson and Raven Rowe had a one-nightstand together when they were in Las Vegas. They had an immediate connection and amazing chemistry. Raven snuck out in the middle of the night, and they never knew each other’s last names or contact information. Blake cannot get his mind off a Raven. Fast-forward to the beginning of the hockey season and Blake is stunned to see Ravon after a game discovering she is the sister of his teammate Camden Rowe and pregnant with his baby.

Samantha Lind does a fantastic job with this story. Blake and Raven are wonderful characters and perfect for each other. Blake is swoon worthy. Raven is a wonderful heroine. They have some interesting obstacles that they face in the story. BLAKE if the perfect addition to the San Francisco Shockwaves series. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Samantha Lind has a game-winner with book four in the San Francisco Shockwaves series, DAMIEN. NHL Defense veteran Damien Thompson has been broody and withdrawn since his wife, Kelly, died tragically in a car accident. Eight years later, no one has piqued his interest, until he meets the San Francisco Shockwaves’ new social media manager, Trinity Black.

Samantha Lind does a fantastic job with this story. DAMIEN is a heartfelt read. My heart went out to Damien. He is a wonderful character. He lost the love of his life and struggled to find happiness again until he met Trinity. Trinity and Damien have amazing chemistry. He is sweet and protective. There is an age-gap. I like that Trinity is talented and respected by the players. The situations that take place make the story interesting.

DAMIEN is an excellent addition to the San Francisco Shockwaves series. I couldn’t put the book down, finishing it in a day. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
