J.A. Low scores with LOVE ON ICE (Manhattan Mavericks #1). New York heiress/PR Queen Harper Rose and NHL bad boy Felix St. Pierre run into each other while at The Paradise Club Resort. They spend the week together. The tabloids report that the two vacationed together. Her ex throws a fit. The two decide to fake date for the summer to encourage her ex to back off. However, do they really want the relationship to end?
J.A. Low does a great job with this story. The characters are dimensional and interesting. The plot was entertaining. This is the first book that I have read by J.A. Low. I enjoyed her writing style. I plan on continuing reading the Manhattan Mavericks series and look forward to the book two, HEART ON ICE. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
