Sarina Bowen gets a hat trick with book three in the Hockey Guys series, LAST GUY ON EARTH. Veteran goalie Jethro Hale is traded to Denver without the knowledge of the coach, Clay Powers. The problem is nobody knows that the two have a history and the coach does not want the decorated goalie on his team. The two still have feelings for each other but are concerned about a player-coach scandal.
Sarina Bowen does a fabulous job with this story. It is skillfully written, thought-provoking, and entertaining. The characters are dimensional and likable. It correlated well with the other books. It is an excellent addition to the Hockey Guys series. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
