S.R. Grey gets a win with FINN (Breakaway Hockey #4). Atlanta Thunder star Finn Norath has had a crush on Sammie Monroe. They shared a night together and the next morning Sammie bolted. If she doesn’t want to date him, he can at least be her friend (until he can change her mind).
We met Sammie in the previous book, NILS. She is friends with Ellie Troy. They work together at Applebee’s and Boots. Sammie believes she does not deserve happiness because of a tragedy that happened in her past.
Finn is originally from Alaska. He has a home there. He met Sammie through his teammate Nils, who is dating Ellie. Finn is a great guy. He is patient and sweet.
Sammie and Finn are a great couple. They have amazing chemistry and are good for each other. I enjoyed their story.
I am looking forward to Finn’s teammate Easton’s spin off series next. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
