Brenda Rothert starts out strong with LOST IN YOU, the first book in the Minnesota Mammoths series. Minnesota Mammoths team captain Lincoln Rowe promised his teammate Dalton Lorenzo that he would protect his sister, Trinity, from her stalker ex-boyfriend. The two of them head home on a private plane that crashes in southern Alaska. They are the only survivors.
Brenda Rothert does a fantastic job with this story. Trinity and Lincoln initially do not get along. They are like oil and vinegar. They need to rely on each other to survive. They learn a lot about themselves and each other. They form a bond over their experience.
LOST
IN YOU is skillfully written and entertaining.
The characters are dynamic and grow throughout the story. Their experience changes them and their
priorities. I am looking forward to the
next book in this series. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this
book.
