Dominique (Dommie) Moreno was hurt by Baltimore Breakers star forward Walker Laine. Walker regrets hurting Dommie and will do everything he can to get her to trust him and give him another chance.
Dommie is the sister of Eva Moreno (BREATHE, Breakers Hockey #7). She is in college and is a partner at a bakery. She is a hard worker that is burning herself out. She has issues with a college professor. She needs to decide what she wants to do with her life. Walker is a good guy. He is patient in his pursuit of Dommie. However, he has a secret that he is afraid to share with Dommie.
Elise Faber does a great job with BLAZED. The characters are likable and grow throughout the story. BLAZED is a wonderful addition to the Breakers Hockey series. I am looking forward to Jackson’s and Claire’s story next BOUND. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
