Elise Faber heats things up with BREATHE (Breakers Hockey #7). Breakers' hockey player Theo Young did not like reporters; especially blogger, journalist, and newest Breakers employee Eva Moreno. She seemed to have it out for him. However, opposites do attract and the two have amazing chemistry.
I like Theo’s character. He has multiple degrees and enjoys learning. He is a bit of a playboy. Eva is hard working and goes above and beyond for her family. Both have a parent who is far from being nominated parent of the year.
BREATHE is skillfully written and hard to put down. The story is clever and has interesting twists. I’m looking forward to Walker and Eva’s sister Dommie’s story next, BLAZED. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
