Gina Azzi is on a winning streak with PLAYBOY’S REWARD (Tennessee Thunderbolts #4). Tennessee Thunderbolts left winger Damien Barnes offers to go with his neighbor Harper Henderson to her ten-year high school reunion. Harper has recently moved back home to become the Creative Director of Marketing with the Knoxville Coyotes Football team. She is dreading her reunion because her ex-boyfriend who cheated on her with her ex-best friend will both be in attendance.
Damen asks Harper to reciprocate the favor by going home with him and attending his parent thirty-fifth wedding anniversary party. Damen comes from old Connecticut money. His family has issues that have caused him to stay away from relationships. The two face some interesting challenges. They have great chemistry.
PLAYBOY’S RWARD is a wonderful addition to the Tennessee Thunderbolts series. I like the connection to the previous books within the series. I appreciate how the characters grow. I’m looking forward to the next book from the series, HERO’S RISK. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
