Raven Kitts hits it in the net with OUT OF BOUNDS. In this story, Claire Dover has had a crush on her brother Eli’s best friend, Bryce Stanton, since they first met. Now she is a freshman at the same college where her brother and Bryce play on the hockey team. She is shocked to discover that her feelings for Bryce are reciprocated.
OUT OF BOUNDS is a sweet and heartwarming story. Clair and Bryce have had a crush on each other but never made a move because of Bryce’s friendship with Eli, not to mention the hockey “no dating sisters’ unwritten rule.” The story is realistic and entertaining. The characters are likable and grow throughout the story. The novella flowed well. I read it in one sitting. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
