Hard Pass (St. Louis Mavericks #3) by Brenda Rothert & Kat Mizera Review

Hard Pass (St. Louis Mavericks, #3)Hard Pass by Brenda Rothert
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Brenda Rothert & Kat Mizera get a hat trick with HARD PASS (St. Louis Mavericks #3). In this story, Sariah Anasari accidentally text a stranger instead of her ex. The stranger gives her the name Rob, and they begin a text friendship. Meanwhile, Sariah gets a new job in the sales department with the St. Louis Mavericks. There she meets the arrogant hockey star Nash Reilly, not knowing that he is really Rob.

Brenda Rothert & Kat Mizera do a fantastic job with this story. It is fun and entertaining. The characters have incredible chemistry. The chance of Sariah and Nash meeting was a long shot, but the story is believable. The characters find themselves in a fascinating situation. Nash wants to tell Sariah that he is really Rob, but it never seems like the right time. He enjoys that someone is getting to know him for his personality and not that he is a hockey star/underwear model.

HARD PASS is a worthy addition to the St. Louis Mavericks series. Followers of the series will not be disappointed. I recommend this book to people who enjoy sports romances. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
