Sincerely, The Puck Bunny (Totally Pucked #2) by Maren Moore Review

Sincerely, The Puck Bunny (Totally Pucked, #2)Sincerely, The Puck Bunny by Maren Moore
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Maren Moore lights the lamp with SINCERELY, THE PUCK BUNNY (Totally Pucked #2). This is Chicago Avalanche NHL player Briggs Wilson’s and Maddison Thorne’s story. In book one, CHANGE ON THE FLY, Briggs was perplexed on why the hockey blog writer, “The Puck Bunny,” seemed to have it out for him. Unbeknownst to him, he has a one-weekend-stand with her, and he cannot stop thinking about her. Fast forward and he discovers she’s pregnant. The two decide to co-parent. Meanwhile, Maddison struggles with what will happen if Briggs discovers that she is The Puck Bunny.

I like Briggs and Maddison. Briggs was betrayed by his fiancée and brother. After that, his life spiraled out of control. He worked hard to get his life back on track The Puck Bunny did not help matters. As Maddison gets to know Briggs, she discovers that he is not at all what she imagined. He is an amazing person and dad.

I loved this story it made me laugh and cry. It was skillfully written and heartfelt. It had great life lessons. The characters were dimensional and grew throughout the story. Briggs and Maddison’s daughter, Olive is adorable. I would love to see a next-generation story with her and maybe Reed’s nephew Evan down the line. I am looking forward to Graham’s story next. I recommend this book to people who enjoy sports romances. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
