Only One Mistake (Only One #6) by Natasha Madison Review

Only One Mistake (Only One, #6)Only One Mistake by Natasha Madison
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Natasha Madison tallies another win with ONLY ONE MISTAKE (Only One #6). I was looking forward to reading Michael Horton’s story since he was traded to the Dallas Oilers at the end of ONLY ONE REGRETE (Cooper and Erika’s story - Only One #5). Michael is the son of Max and Allison Horton from SOMETHING SO IRRESISTIBLE (Something So, #3). Michael meets kindergarten teacher Jillian Williams his first day in Dallas. She is stood up on a blind date, and Michael offers to buy her a drink. They hit it off and have a one-nightstand. They both were attracted to each other, but Michael loses his phone, and they have no way to contact each other not knowing the other’s last name. Fast forward six months: Michael picks up Cooper’s kids from school, and the teacher happens to be a six-month pregnant Jillian. Not how he thought his day was going to go.

ONLY ONE MISTAKE is a heartwarming and entertaining read. I love the Horton’s and their extended family. They are truly amusing. Add in Jillian’s twin sister, Julia, and Michael’s sister, Alex, and you have pure entertainment. ONLY ONE MISTAKE is skillfully written. It does a fabulous job of including characters from the previous books. You could follow the story as a stand-alone, but I highly suggest reading the previous books because they are all good, and you’ll feel more invested in the characters. I am looking forward to reading Cooper’s sister, Frany, and Wilson story next, ONLY ONE LOVE. I suggest this book to people who enjoy sports romances. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
