Charging (Gold Hockey Book 10) by Elise Faber Review

Charging (Gold Hockey Book 10)Charging by Elise Faber
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Elise Faber prevails with Charging (Gold Hockey # 10). Gold Hockey General Manager, Charlotte Harris and defenseman Logan Walker have a past. Now that the season is over, Logan is set out to win Charlotte back. This contemporary sports romance is suitable for adult readers.

Logan is a good guy. He broke up with Charlotte because he did not want her to sacrifice her career because of him. His intentions were good, but he did not let Charlotte decide for herself. Charlotte is an impressive heroine. She has achieved great things and is ambitious. Logan broke her heart, and she needs to decide if she is going to give him a second chance.

Logan and Charlotte dated at the beginning of their careers; It is now eight years later. They have both matured a lot since they dated. I like how well they know each other despite the time spent apart. They never stopped loving each other. Both suffered because of their breakup. The story was believable and heartfelt. It is a great addition to the Gold Hockey series. It was easy to follow and entertaining. The story had a wonderful ending. I recommend this book to people who enjoy sports romances. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
