Tamed by Bianca Sommerland Review

TamedTamed by Bianca Sommerland
My rating: 4.5 of 5 Stars

Bianca Sommerland’s TAMED is an action-packed paranormal romance from beginning to end. Blue Creek pack enforcer, Zaire Torva, discovers his mate, Lathan Ferox, in an underground fighting ring. Lathan is having a difficult time controlling his panther. Meanwhile, Zaire is sent on an assignment to find a missing wolf cub. The cub is being protected by an intriguing shifter, Embry Caelitēs, who is also on the run from her herd. Embry has captivated the attention of both Zaire and Lathan causing some friction. This contemporary shapeshifter romance is set in Milly Taiden's Sassy Mates Kindle World. It is suitable for adult audiences.

Bianca Sommerland did a great job with her character development. My heart went out to Lathan. He had a difficult life. After traumatically being turned into a panther shifter, he struggles to keep it under control. I like Zaire. He is very patient with Lathan. He is protective and loyal. He is well respected. He and Embry are a lot alike. I enjoyed their bickering. I love Embry’s animal. She has remarkable powers. I like that only certain people can really see her. I like that she did not just accept the archaic ways of her herd. I enjoyed how everything contemporary was new to her. She is an impressive individual. I love how protective she is of Livvie. I also appreciated how she helps Lathan. Zaire, Lathan, and Embry have great chemistry.

I love Livvie Charax. The things that come out of that girl’s mouth made me smile. I felt bad that her parents died, and she had to flee from her uncles. They are both horrible men. She is brave, smart, and fierce. I love her faith in Lathan. She will make a great alpha.

Bianca Sommerland’s TAMED is an entertaining read. The plot was creative and exciting. I thought it was clever that the novel starts out in the Sassy Wolfe bar. I like how the story went back and forth in time from present day and the past. There were numerous obstacles and adversaries to overcome. The characters grew throughout the story. TAMED had a great ending. I’ve always enjoyed books by Bianca Sommerland. This was the first PNR of hers that I read. I was impressed as always with her work.
