How long did it take you to write Hell Hath No Fury?
I actually wrote a short story for an anthology which is the beginning of Hell Hath No Fury. I really loved the story and thought there was more to tell, so I turned it into a novella. It took about eight months to complete.
What is your typical day like?
If I’m not working, I will try to write as much as possible during the day, in between answering emails and updating my website. I don’t have a set word count, but I try to write as much as possible. I’m easily distracted, so sometimes I have to force myself to write.
What do you prefer paperback, hardcover, or ebooks?
I prefer a paperback. I love reading an actual book as opposed to an e-book, although I do have a Kindle full of books.
Can you share a little of your current work with us?
I am writing about a woman who gets a job in a hotel and there are a lot of strange things happening in it. A guest in particular is strange and the staff keep having accidents. It will be horror themed.
What book are you reading now?
I work as a reviewer, so I am always reading something. I recently read a book called Escape from Harrizel, but C. G. Coppola. It is about a girl who ends up on an alien planet after Earth is destroyed. The aliens in charge are up to no good and she has to figure out how to stop them.
