Book Description:

Aurelia Fridell is a freak. The only werewolf who can't shift.

As her thirtieth birthday approaches, isolation creeps in, and worry settles in her gut. She accepted her status long ago, and yet lately, she's felt off-kilter. Eyes follow her, prickling her senses, and her headaches are getting worse.

Is she paranoid, or is someone, or something, stalking her? Watching. Waiting. Drumming fingers to a sinister beat she can't hear.

Time will tell.

Ceithin Starkley isn't looking for a mate. Especially now. In fact, he doesn't believe in true-matings at all.

While he is being recruited for a new job, a scent on the wind stuns him, and he finds himself fighting an inner battle he never wanted, yet can't ignore.

Sparks fly, as Ceithin and Aurelia fight fate, and race against a clock neither knows is ticking.

Will he claim Aurelia before he loses her?

Warning: This book contains a drool-worthy Alpha male, and a sassy heroine with brains and brothers you'll adore. A best friend every girl would love to have, and a terrifying road no one will see coming

About the Author:

I'm a work in progress who adores dark chocolate, the fresh mountain air, and the sound of rushing rivers.

I enjoy the salted breeze from the ocean, and the warmth of the sun heating my body as I sit on the rocks listening to the waves and gulls. Just thinking.

My mind is a chaotic mixture of realism and dreams, tempered by my four spirited children and creative husband.

I'm a multi-genre author at the whim of my erratic muse. I'm a yoga enthusiast, natural food lover, and I love body art.

Interview:

I would like to welcome Fractured Moon's author ER Pierce and thank her for stopping by today.

What is your favorite part of the story, (Fractured Moon, Aurelia Fridell #1)?

ER: I have to admit, my favorite part of the story takes place in club Zero, when Aurelia finally get’s the best of Tessa, and makes her intentions known to Ceithin. She’d finally had enough, and I admired her in that moment. Plus, I loved when Astrid stood up for Aurelia too, showing Ceithin exactly how she felt about his treatment of her best friend.

If you were stranded on a desert island with one of your characters, whom do you want by your side?

ER: Interesting question. I have a soft spot for all of my characters, in all my series, but if I had to choose just one person to be with, I’d go with Ceithin. He’s a strong (Sigma) with a gentle side. He’d figure out a way for us to get off the island. Plus, he’s a werewolf, so he’d hunt food for us, too.

If you could be best friends with one of your characters, who would it be?

ER: Cordelia Kelly from Duality. She’s an elemental empath, who eventually learns to kick butt.

What is your favorite book that you wrote?

ER: I really love them all for different reasons. None of my series are the same. I wrote a Dom/sub series featuring Paige and Nicholas and a marriage series featuring Jett and Eliza. I have an Urban fantasy series with Cordelia and Sol, a few paranormal romances (Ceithin and Aurelia, Zach and Maggie, Ville and Serena, Garret and Mars). Sighs. They’ve all served as an emotional outlet for me, so I can’t choose. I love them all. However, Ceithin and Aurelia were my first couple, so I guess, if I were forced, I’d choose them.

Who is your favorite author and what is it that really strikes you about their work?

ER: J.D Robb and Ilona Andrews. J.D Robb because of how she writes her characters. You feel every one. They each have a different personality, and you love them all. They feel like your best friends. Ilona Andrews because of their amazing ability to world build. They amaze me with their imaginations.

What is your typical day like?

ER: I have four kids under aged 10, a husband, chickens, and a cat. My day is usually busy. I’m a stay at home mother, so I take care of cooking, cleaning, etc, and I self-publish, so I do all my own…well, everything. I often feel like there are not enough hours in the day.

What book are you reading now?

ER: Someday, Maybe by Colleen Hoover, and One perfect Night by Bella Andre.

Diane, thank you so much for having me on your blog today, and for participating in my blog tour. I appreciate every blog and review, interview and guest post.
