Moon Shine (Takhini Wolves #4) by Vivian Arend Review

Moon Shine (Takhini Wolves, #4)Moon Shine by Vivian Arend
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Evan Stone is the easy-going Alpha of the Takhini Wolves. His life is turned upside-down when unexplained things start to happen.

Alpha female, Amy Ryba, has set out for revenge on the neighboring pack Alpha. Imaging her shock to discover her nemesis is her mate.

I really like Evan; he is probably my favorite character in the Takhini Wolves Series. He is laid-back and caring. He has some scares in his past. He doesn’t handle everything with his mate in the best way, but he also has no problem admitting he makes mistakes and fixes them.

Amy is pretty entertaining. She can definitely be mean when it comes to revenge and protecting her pack. She is unquestionably an alpha female. She can be a little extreme, at Evan’s expense, which is pretty humorous for the reader. At times, she likes to criticize Evan for things when she is really no different. She also jumps to conclusions, thinking she has all the details when, in reality, she doesn’t. Like Evan, when she understands her mistakes, she will work to fix them. The two complement each other and the packs well.

Vivian Arend did a great job with the plot. There is a lot going on that makes the story interesting with multiple unexpected surprises. I really enjoyed the ending it was original and very exciting. It was intriguing to witness the dynamics of the two very different packs and enemies of Whitehorse.
