This is a very well written book that is comprised of essays by participating authors that discussed their take on the Mortal Instrument Series. It was interesting to hear other people’s perspectives on this Blockbuster series.

One of my favorite parts of the book was hearing how Cassandra Clare came up with the ideas of using ruins. Shadowhunters and Downworlders would be an enjoyable read for any fan of the Mortal Instrument Series.
