Kat Mizera lights the lamp with BODY SHOT (Lauderdale Knights #8). Anders Nyberg was intrigued when he spotted Claudia at the annual pre-hockey season Lauderdale Knights beach party. Claudia is a friend of his teammate Johan’s sister Hana. Hana and Claudia went to MIT together.
Claudia had a bad experience with her previous boyfriend. It left her traumatized and hurt her self-esteem. She is introverted and brilliant. Anders is a great guy. He is patient and thoughtful. The couple has some interesting obstacles to face including a long-distance relationship.
BODY SHOT is skillfully written and entertaining. The characters are dimensional. I am looking forward to Aiden’s and Hana’s book next, CLEAR SHOT (Lauderdale Knights #9). I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
